Student Voice

Student Voice is an integral part of life in our school. All students are encouraged to take an active role in decision-making processes that lead to improving the quality of life and learning here at Birchwood. The focal point for this is our School Council, made up of representatives from Year 7 to 11 and led by our Student Leadership Team.

The Student Leadership Team are led by two Head Students and two Deputy Head Students. Student voice activities through questionnaires and focus groups take place termly.
